Description

Inspired by Crumbl’s famous oversized cookies, this homemade version brings you the same soft, thick, bakery-style texture with endless room for creativity. Customize with fun toppings and share the experience—just like Crumbl’s 3 Cs: creativity, customer joy, and cookie consistency!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar1 cup light brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup white chocolate chips (or mix-ins of choice)

Optional toppings: frosting, crushed cookies, sprinkles, caramel drizzle

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.

6. Fold in white chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins.

7. Scoop large dough balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place them 3 inches apart on the baking sheet.

8. Gently flatten the tops with your hand to achieve the signature Crumbl-style look.

9. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.

10. Let cool completely on the pan. Add toppings once cooled (frosting, drizzle, sprinkles).

Notes

These cookies are designed to be thick and chewy with a soft center—just like Crumbl. For even more fun, divide the dough and create different flavors in one batch. Let your creativity shine!
