Description
This colorful, no-bake watermelon pizza is the perfect summer treat! Using a thick slice of watermelon as the “crust,” you can build a sweet dessert pizza with yogurt and berries — or go savory with feta, olives, and herbs. Refreshing, customizable, and perfect for parties, brunches, or healthy snacking.
Ingredients
1 large seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch thick rounds
1 cup Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or cream cheese (for sweet versions)
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
1/4 cup fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (for savory versions)
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives, cucumbers, or cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (for savory)
Granola, chocolate chips, or crushed nuts (optional toppings)
Instructions
1. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick round slices from the center of the fruit to create your pizza “base.”
2. Pat each slice dry with paper towels to help toppings stick.
3. For sweet pizzas, spread a thin layer of yogurt or cream cheese on the watermelon.
4. Top with berries, mint, honey, or optional extras like granola or chocolate chips.
5. For savory pizzas, spread ricotta or olive oil lightly, then add feta, olives, cucumbers, or tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
6. Slice into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt or cashew cream and skip the cheese.
Watermelon pizza is best served fresh, within 1–2 hours.
