Lemon Zest Cookies

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon lemon zest

½ cup unsalted butter

½ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt


Instructions

Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

  4. Mix dry ingredients separately and gradually add to the wet mixture.
