Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (ripe and sliced)
½ cup frozen blueberries
8–10 frozen strawberries
1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, to taste)
2 cups whole milk (or your preferred milk)
Optional: Greek yogurt, chia seeds, almond butter, spinach
Instructions
1. Add milk to the bottom of the blender.
2. Add frozen bananas, blueberries, and strawberries.
3. Drizzle in honey if using.
4. Include any optional ingredients like yogurt or nut butter.
5. Pulse a few times, then blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
6. Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
