Ingredients
Basic Pink Salt Trick:
1 cup filtered room-temperature water
⅛ tsp pink Himalayan salt (fine ground)
Optional Add-Ins:
Juice of ¼ lemon
½ tsp raw apple cider vinegar
A few drops of liquid trace minerals
Splash of coconut water (for natural electrolytes)
Instructions
1. Pour the water into a glass (room temperature works best for digestion).
2. Add the pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Mix in lemon juice, ACV, or trace minerals if using.
4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning or during fasting hours.
Notes
Don’t overdo the salt — ⅛ tsp is enough for daily use.
