Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (or sugar-free sweetener like monk fruit)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: ½ banana or 1 tablespoon peanut butter for flavor
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla (plus optional ingredients) to a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth out the top.
- Freeze for 2–4 hours, stirring once halfway through to keep it soft.
- Let thaw for 10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
Notes
For a soft-serve version, use frozen banana and enjoy immediately after blending.
To boost protein, add 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
