This healthy buffalo chicken dip made with cottage cheese is high in protein, ultra creamy, and perfect for game days or parties. A spicy, guilt-free twist!
Ingredients
10 ounces cooked shredded chicken
1 ½ cups cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
3 ounces buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ tbsp ranch seasoning mix (optional)
Chopped scallions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
3. In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning.
4. Pour into a baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Broil an extra 3 minutes for a crispy top.
6. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a faster prep.
Blend cottage cheese well to avoid graininess.
For extra heat, mix in jalapeños or habanero sauce.
Serve with veggie sticks, crackers, or low-carb dippers.
