Description

This vibrant banana cherrie smoothie is a quick, healthy breakfast or snack packed with antioxidants, potassium, and creamy goodness. With only 5 minutes of prep time, it’s perfect for busy mornings and is totally customizable to suit your dietary needs.


Ingredients

1 large ripe banana  

1 cup frozen pitted cherries  

1/4 cup plain or Greek yogurt  

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)  

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder  

Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter  

Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup  


Instructions

1. Add the milk to the blender first to help everything blend smoothly.  

2. Add the banana, frozen cherries, and yogurt.  

3. Include any optional ingredients like protein powder or almond butter.  

4. Blend on low to start, then increase to high speed for 1-2 minutes.  

5. Check the texture. Add more milk if needed to adjust thickness.
