Ingredients

1 large red apple (e.g., Pink Lady or Honeycrisp), chopped
1 frozen ripe banana
¼ cup almond or oat milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4–5 ice cubes
Optional:
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Wash and chop the apple.
- Peel and slice the frozen banana.
- Add apple, banana, milk, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Add optional peanut butter or yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy!
