Description

A quick and nutritious apple banana smoothie made with ripe fruits and plant-based milk. Naturally sweet, fiber-rich, and ready in 5 minutes!


Ingredients

1 large red apple (e.g., Pink Lady or Honeycrisp), chopped

1 frozen ripe banana

¼ cup almond or oat milk

½ teaspoon cinnamon

45 ice cubes

Optional:

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the apple.
  2. Peel and slice the frozen banana.
  3. Add apple, banana, milk, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
  4. Add optional peanut butter or yogurt for extra creaminess.
  5. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
